I’ve been playing AFL 8 years

What Do You Love About Your Sport? 
I love AFL because its an active game, involves lots of skill and lots of running. Also there is never a moment in the game where you are not doing something – it’s all action

What’s Been Your Biggest Accomplishment So Far?
One would be going to boarding school next year in Melbourne at Xavier College. They have a great AFL team, plus its in Melbourne – the heart of AFL! Another thing would be my charity Try 4 Kids, I started it when I was about 10 and have raised well over $20,000 for the Music Therapy at the John Hunter Children’s Hospital.

What Drew You To The Academy?
The mindset side drew my attention the most. Nicks story is a great reminder that you cannot think that you have made it or that it will all just come to you. I’ve learnt you can always go further or be come a better player. The strength training was another thing

What Do You Love About The Academy?
The environment and culture. Nick makes you feel welcome as soon as you start and everyone is friendly

It has made me more motivated and stronger

What’s The Biggest Mindset Shift You’ve Had Since Joining The Academy?
Never give up, keep going even when you think you have made it. You always become more and achieve more than you think possible

If You Could Be Any Superhero, Who Would You Be?
Captain America. He is my favourite superhero! He is a great runner + he is helpful and smart. Also he can live for ever…
