Our 2-day Foundations Camp is run by our expert coaches and is designed to have you leave with more knowledge and confidence training, and knowing what to do/how to break through all of the nutrition 'information' in the world today
You learn all of the basic movements patters and progressions through the basic, primal human movements - squat, hip hinge, press, pull, and carry
Our Expert Therapists will take you through movement specific warmups and cool-downs, as well as conduct individual movement assessments and educate on the proper technique and timing for use of mobility tools
Our Dietitians will break down nutrition into is simplest form, and help you understand how to 'see-through' all of the fake and harmful information in the world today
You'll also learn how to cultivate a stronger, growth mindset that is able to overcome any obstacle life throws your way
