Be Careful What Habits You Create...

There's an old saying that "the things we create end up creating us" - and when you look at what technology has done and is doing both for and to humanity, this couldn't be further from the truth. Young athletes and adolescents can adopt this mindset to their daily activities, and in doing so - begin to become the athlete and person they desire to become

I have no doubt that you have a burning desire to become someone... be it a professional athlete or a healthier, more confident version of yourself. And within your "mind", you can picture this person

You can see what they look like, you can see what they're capable of doing. Of achieving... And you will know what it took for them to get there

You'll also know that they did not get there overnight

It took years of hard work, sacrifices, and decisions to build themselves into the person you see today. And this is where the power lies for yourself...

The thoughts you have, the decisions you make, the actions you take and the habits your create today will end up creating the future you - as we are what we repeatedly do

So you must align your thoughts and actions with those of this athlete & person you desire of becoming. You may not feel like training today... but those champions get it done no matter what - that's their habit...

And if you continually put off doing the "harder things" as you don't feel like it... or you continue to fuel your body with sub-standard nutrition... or you continue to give yourself negative self-talk and believe your own BS excuses... then you'll never become this person you wholeheartedly desire

And they say the definition of hell is one day meeting the person you truly could have become...

So now is the time to align your self-talk, decisions, actions, and habits with those that will in-turn have you become the person you desire to be
