086 - becoming a professional athlete of life...

There are an abundance of world-class skills and habits that professional athletes develop, cultivate, and utilise in their sporting lives...

They know how to work hard, work smart, and work long hours...
They can show the discipline to do what's needed to be done, even when they're not feeling like it...
They can make the sacrifices that need to be made in order to achieve their goals...
They know where to give their attention, time, and energy and not give into distractions...

What's funniest, is that all of these skills and skillsets are transferable across many different platforms in life - the game professional athletes choose to use them, however, is in their sport

The best businesswomen and men all have these skillsets... so do the most successful actresses and actors, and the top of every other industry there is

So the question becomes, can we focus on becoming a professional athlete of life... taking these skillsets and the lessons they teach us and use them in our relationships, our mindset our studies... can we focus on using them at this game called life to help us level up, instead of just in our sports
